PARTNER, DIRECTOR OF INTERIOR DESIGN
With more than 32 years of experience—25 with Moody Nolan—Eileen has become one of the leading interior designers in the country. As the Principal-in-Charge of Interior Design, Eileen plays an important role in integrating the environmental design into the overall interior architecture resulting in a cohesive, branded environment. She has worked on hundreds of projects designing interiors for major public buildings, universities, and corporations nationwide.
PRINCIPAL & STUDIO DESIGN DIRECTOR
Earl brings more than 20 years of experience to the project team. Earl’s understanding of the finite details of design and technology as relates to the built environment, the language of brand identity, and signage and wayfinding add value to every collaborative team he engages. His strategic approach and utmost attention to detail have helped ensure that design solutions can be both innovative and cost effective.
As part of a collaborative team with developers, real estate professionals, architects, and interior designers, Earl has been integral in developing everything from comprehensive signage guidelines and master plans to concepts in a design-build format and main identity signage.
EXPERIENTIAL DESIGNER
Todd brings over 20 years of expertise in experiential graphic design, specializing in branding, signage, and wayfinding across a wide range of project types.
He studied engineering at NC State University and went on to earn a degree from the Columbus College of Art & Design, shaping a well-rounded design philosophy grounded in both creative vision and practical execution. His strong graphic design sensibility, combined with experience across disciplines—from site design to full branded rollouts—makes him a valuable leader in signage and branded environment project management.
Todd has designed comprehensive interior and exterior signage systems, interpretive displays, and numerous sculptural art installations, consistently blending form, function, and storytelling into impactful environmental experiences.
EXPERIENTIAL DESIGNER
Stephen is an environmental identity professional with multi-disciplined experience integrating architecture, interiors, graphics, and signage. His expertise in the design and management of signage and wayfinding, corporate and brand identity, and environmental graphic design programs has provided him the opportunity to be an integral part of the design team for a wide range of projects.
Stephen has a proven track record of contributing significant value to projects by consistently implementing creative environmental graphic design, donor recognition, and wayfinding and signage solutions that are meaningful, integrated with brand architecture, code compliant, and which enhance the overall environment—both functionally and aesthetically.
EXPERIENTIAL DESIGNER
Ben is a 3D and experiential designer with a background in creating immersive environments and photorealistic visuals. With a degree in Industrial Design from the University of Cincinnati, he combines technical skill and creative thinking to bring ideas to life across physical and digital spaces. His experience spans designing environments, interactive graphics, VR experiences, and printed materials.
EXPERIENTIAL DESIGNER
An experiential designer with a curious mind and a creative soul, Tamesha is a Columbus College of Art & Design alum, cat mom, and proud book enthusiast who brings storytelling to life through space and design. When she’s not designing signage and wayfinding experiences, you’ll find her painting botanicals, whipping up five-star meals, or adorning friends with intricate henna art. Her world is a vibrant blend of texture, flavor, and imagination.
EXPERIENTIAL DESIGNER
Dhanya is an urban designer with a background in architecture, research, and participatory planning. A graduate of Georgia Tech’s Master of Science in Urban Design program, she brings a multidisciplinary approach that bridges spatial equity, community engagement, and sustainable urbanism. Her work spans across areas of research, tactical urbanism, and large-scale urban design frameworks.
Having worked in the U.S., India, and the Netherlands, Dhanya’s design ethos is rooted in understanding local identities and lived experiences, with a focus on mobility, resilience, and creating inclusive, walkable communities. She thrives in collaborative environments where design becomes a catalyst for social impact. Dhanya utilizes her experience in historical, master planning, and restorative design projects.
STUDIO MANAGER
A creative at heart, D manages the team’s processes and projects. She brings over 20 years of experience in program and project management, process design and improvement, relationship management and tech implementations. D works with the team to enable their expertise in producing high quality design and to ensure client success.
Inspired by the art of connecting ideas and experiences, D is passionate about uncovering meaning through data, immersing herself in literature, experimenting in the kitchen, and exploring the world one destination at a time. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University and Indiana University - Bloomington.
EXPERIENTIAL DESIGNER
Adrian is a seasoned experiential designer with over 28 years of multidisciplinary experience in graphic design, environmental branding, and signage systems. Adrian has led high-impact projects across sectors—from tech and healthcare to museums and federal institutions—bringing architecture, brand storytelling, and material innovation into dynamic, human-centered spaces. His background spans roles as Art Director, entrepreneur, and senior designer in global markets including Los Angeles, Hong Kong, and Washington, D.C.
A creative strategist and detail-driven leader, Adrian blends artistic vision with technical precision to shape environments that inform, inspire, and connect. In his spare time, Adrian enjoys exploring trends in technology, cooking, design, and collecting vintage art, books, and objects. His passions reflect a deep curiosity about culture, history, and their influence on how we experience the world.
GRADUATE INTERN
Corey Sands is an architecture student with a talent for translating narrative and conceptual thinking into bold spatial design. His work demonstrates a keen sensitivity to form, circulation, and material expression across a range of project types—from educational and public buildings to experimental installations and abstract spatial studies. His experience as a graphic designer and video editor further supports his design versatility, creative communication skills, and technical fluency.
Corey’s commitment and curiosity elevate his work in experiential design and architecture and positions him as a thoughtful and emerging voice in architecture and design. Corey received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University and is pursuing his M.Arch degree.
