With more than 32 years of experience, 25 of that with Moody Nolan, Eileen has become one of the leading interior designers in the country. As the Principal-in-Charge of Interior Design, Eileen plays an important role in the integrating environmental design into the overall interior architecture resulting in a cohesive, branded environment. She has worked on hundreds of projects, designing interiors for major public buildings, both universities and corporations nationwide.

Earl brings more than 15 years of experience to the project team. Earl’s understanding of the finite details of design and technology as relates to the built environment, how a brand plays out from its identity to signage and wayfinding add value to each and every collaborative team. His strategic approach and utmost attention to detail have helped ensure that design solutions can be both innovative and cost effective.
As part of a collaborative team with developers, real estate professionals, architects and interior designers, Earl has helped develop everything from comprehensive signage guidelines and Master Plans to concepts in a design-build format to main identity signage.

With a background in interior design, Tom brings an understanding of holistic spacial design to the environmental design studio. Tom is experienced and adept at transforming an idea into a finished product in an efficient and pragmatic manner. He has a passion and curiosity for understanding how to create environments that help benefit the health and well-being of the people who use it . He brings an eagerness and dedication to understanding the psychology of spacial design.
As a part of the environmental design studio, Tom has experience in interior design, exhibit design, branding, and signage & wayfinding. His ability to connect and collaborate with clients and team members make him flexible to fit into any situation.

Kateri has a desire to create environments and spaces for people that elevate their experience of their surroundings. Her passion for experiential design comes out of an aspiration to be a multihyphenate designer. While she studied product design at University of Cincinnati, she now likes to cross over to other disciplines any chance she gets. Bringing those disciplines together and seeing how they can interact can make any good project great.
Having graduated from university last year, Kateri brings an eagerness to learn and grow as a designer. Her experience as an industrial designer helps her balance the technical side of design with blue sky thinking.
